Mac M3u8 Loader App Installer

The M3U importing in iTunes looks like its broken. I have a rather large collection of music that I have been managing over the past couple years. I used to use an old Android phone as a MP3 player, but when I upgraded my iPhone, I got a larger storage model so I could fit my music collection (~45 gb). I have found using iTunes to be very cumbersome. I was able to import my music collection well enough, but I had a lot of M3U backups for the playlists I've made. Upon importing to iTunes, I noticed many playlists had the wrong filecount. No kind of message or warning was provided explaining that some tracks were not successfully imported. I had to manually check the playlist to find what was wrong. Turns out every song is there, but I would occasionally specify a certain song plays more than once in a playlist. iTunes seems to blatantly ignore those, and only add the song the first time.

To test this out, I made a brand new playlist with tracks that appear multiple times in the playlist on iTunes and exported it to Desktop. I exported with all the options, so I had a .txt, .xml, .m3u, and .m3u8 backup. Both the .m3u and .m3u8 failed to restore the playlist as it was, they would only add the duplicated song once. The .xml and .txt worked as expected.
